Language Policy

The College adopts a bilingual approach to medium of instruction:

Modules Medium of Instruction
Language Modules
  • - Taught exclusively in the target language
Skill-based modules
(e.g. Business Accounting, ICT Fundamentals, Business Statistics, Entrepreneurship, etc)
  • - All teaching and learning and assessment materials are presented in Englis
  • - Medium of instruction: English is preferred but Cantonese is allowed
Whole-person Development
  • - Both English and Chinese materials will be used
  • - Medium of Instruction: Cantonese
All Other Modules
  • - All teaching and learning and assessment materials are presented in English
  • - Medium of Instruction: only English will be used, except for difficult concepts or technical terms.
