Mission
The Library's mission is to provide comprehensive resources and services in support of the research, teaching, and learning needs of the University community. To fulfill this mission, the Library commits to:
- Understand the teaching, and learning needs of its users;
- Build collections and create tools to support teaching and learning;
- Provide access to and promote the discovery and use of local and external information resources;
- Ensure the preservation and long-lasting availability of Library collections and resources;
- Create hospitable physical and virtual environments for study and teaching;
- Develop, encourage, and sustain expertise, skill, commitment and an innovative spirit in its staff.
Conduct of Users
The Library serves the College by supporting and fostering teaching, learning, and research activities. Each and every one of you can help make our Library a welcoming and pleasant place conducive to such activities. To help achieve this goal, please:
- Keep your voice down;
- Refrain from smoking, drinking, or eating in the Library;
- Switch your mobile devices to silent mode;
- Readers are required to sit in the places provided, and tables and chairs may not be moved to new positions;
- Protect library books and other materials from being mutilated or damaged;
- Personal belongings should not be left unattended. The Libraries will not be responsible for any loss or damages of personal belongings;
- Respect the rights of other library users.

Borrowing
- Valid Student Card must be produced when checking out library materials.
- All library items should be checked out at the Circulation Counter. Borrowers should, before leaving the Library, ensure that the loan procedures are properly completed.
Borrowing
- If a book is not returned by the due date, it is considered overdue and the overdue fine is $1 per day.
- In case an items is reported lost or damaged, the borrower should be charged for the replacement cost of the item.
Computers
Networked computers are available to allow users to access to the Internet, College networked information sources. The networked computers equipped with various software applications for users to utilize word-processing, spreadsheets, power-point and self-learning. Users can log-on with their user names and pins to access to networked.
